Learn Meaningful Mindful Meditation. We will discuss what Mindfulness is and practice different forms of mindful meditation. We will practice deep, relation breathing, mindful eating (with chocolate), and a full body mindful relaxation method (time permitting).

Please be aware that chocolate will be offered as well as scents will be used during the presentation.
